Reno 2015

Lodging and Airport Info

Lodging Information:

There are many, many hotel options in Reno, several of which are very close to campus. Typically, speakers and visitors to the University choose to stay at Circus Circus (www.circusreno.com). Circus Circus as provided a special code for the conference.  Whether you've already made reservations or not, I'd suggest contacting them and mentioning that you'd like to book (or re-book) using the code IEMOS.  Rates under this code are as follows:  30.99 Wednesday and Thursday, $109.00 Friday, and $119.00 Saturday.  Apologies for this late notice; it took the hotel quite a while to respond to our request for a special rate.  Additionally, the El Dorado is close and they offer slightly cushier accommodations for a higher per night cost (www.eldoradoreno.com).

A free shuttle service is available that will take you from the airport to either of these hotels (and back again on Saturday).  In addition, the Sierra Spirit runs between both of these hotels and campus - in fact, there's a stop on Virginia St. right outside the Church Fine Arts Building.  Information regarding the Spirit can be found by clicking HERE.
